How it Works

Want to enjoy premium sushi in the comfort of your own home?

We offer a sushi takeaway service from Ribchester, in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Generally, service is on Fridays and Saturdays (with the exception of special occasions, such as public holidays etc). We are hoping to increase our days in the near future so watch this space!

We do occasionally offer a delivery service to areas such as Lytham, Preston, Clitheroe and Skipton so please ask for more info on this if you are interested.

Our menu changes from week to week to give you some variety so look out for the release of menus each Monday evening.

  1. Check out our current menu by visiting our Facebook or Instagram pages or simply give us a call
  2. Pick your sushi rolls and send us a message on social media, email us or call us
  3. Select a collection time slot – generally these will be between 3pm-6pm on Fridays and 3pm-6pm on Saturdays. Please ensure that you notify us of ANY allergies upon ordering
  4. Collect your platter from us and enjoy a taste of Japan in the comfort of your own home!

Please note – Collection is from Gallows Lane in Ribchester. We kindly ask that you please arrive at your designated time slot as your sushi is prepared fresh to order so it will be ready for you at the time agreed.

We also live in a rural area and would like to minimise traffic / disruption to our neighbours.

Sushi Storage

Your sushi is best eaten fresh. We roll everything on the day of collection to ensure you get the best quality possible.

If this is not possible, chill ASAP and pull out of the fridge around 1.5 hours before you intend to consume to allow the rice to re-soften (no one wants hard rice!).

We recommend that you eat the sushi as soon as possible after collection but 24 hours is the absolute maximum time limit for raw fish. Any sushi containing cooked items is up to 48 hours.
